Four steps to becoming a note-taking ninja:

1. Always remember to state the purpose or specific topic of your research.

2. Be sure to always write down the titles of your resources.

3. When collecting information from a source, make sure that you label what source the information is coming from.

4. When synthesizing all your research be sure to order and label facts in a logical manner.
